Restrictions
Parents must sign a waiver form when bringing Children under 12 years old. We do not allow back injuries, broken bones, pregnancies, heart conditions or any other conditions that may be affected by a boat ride. We will not be liable if you do not disclose this information upon booking a tour.
The trip is weather permitting – if postponed we will contact you to reschedule or reimburse you.
All cancellations or reductions in numbers has to be made 48 hours before your trip departure, at this time there will be a 50% cancellation fee. Any late cancellations will result in a full 100% fee. The same applies for no shows.

THERE IS A NO SMOKING policy while on-board, smoking is permitted once you have arrived at designated smoking areas.

Bookings & Payment
Online bookings and inquiries can be made directly through our website or via telephone. We accept visa or master credit card which will only be placed on authorized hold via email or telephone, charge to card will not be made until morning of the tour.
A confirmation email with your booking details and additional details on shuttle times, pick up locations and contact numbers will be sent upon completion of the booking process.
